Who we are

Clickwell provides websites and business tools for UK trades and local businesses. For questions about your information, email hello@clickwell.co.uk.

What we collect

• Details you send through our enquiry form or by email or phone: your name, business name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your business.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit the site (such as your IP address and browser), used to keep the site secure and working.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us).
• If you become a customer, to set up and provide our services and to bill you (to perform our contract with you).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we use to run the business — for example our website host and form handler, email provider, and the software platform used to deliver our business tools — and only so far as they need it to provide their service. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you’re a customer and then for up to 6 years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@clickwell.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our customers’ customers

When we provide business tools to a customer, that business is responsible for the information about its own customers, and we process it on their behalf under a written agreement.
