Is the first month really free?
Yes. No set-up fee and nothing to pay until 30 days after your site goes live. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Building and setting everything up takes real work up front, which the monthly fee covers over the first year. After that it’s month to month.
Who owns what?
Your domain, words, photos and customer data are yours, and you can export your contacts and records at any time. The software and templates are provided while you subscribe.
What if I want to leave?
After your minimum term, give 30 days’ notice. You can take a copy of your website for a one-off £150 handover and export your customer data free of charge.
Will it get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. Your site is built on the right foundations and steady reviews help, but rankings also depend on competition.
Will it bring in more work?
It’s designed so fewer enquiries, quotes and payments slip through. We can’t guarantee a number of leads, and we won’t pretend to.
Is it complicated to use?
No. We set everything up; you use a simple app. A short walkthrough covers the few things you’ll do day to day.
Is texting customers allowed?
Yes — to your own customers and people who’ve enquired, with an opt-out on any marketing message. Review requests go to every customer, never just the happy ones.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We’ll rebuild it properly and redirect your old pages so nothing is lost. Nothing changes until you approve the new one.
Do I still need my accounts software?
Invoices here are for getting paid. Your bookkeeping and VAT stay with your accountant or accounts software.
